Testing scores from cradle to grave do not support your statement that white NFL coaches are smarter on average than black NFL coaches. If you think otherwise then your post about IQs would be quite ironic.
I take it there is no such support.

Good lord.
Are you really this dense?
It's like you need it spoon-fed to you every step of the way.
This is an example of your apparent cognition level:
'Tom Brady just threw an incomplete pass!! You said he was Good! But he's not Good! His pass was incomplete!"
You say the league is racist because white guys just hire their white friends rather than better qualified black coaches...
If this is the case why did a black coach hire two white guys rather than black coaches? if your your assumption that it's only racist white people preventing black coaches from being hired was true Tomlin would have hired 2 black coaches. Tomlin has spoken out on multiple occasions about the leagues lack of diversity in coaching. Why did he not hire black coaches?
You're an idiot.
lol......so you really are too dumb to put 2 and 2 together. I already addressed this in the very post you are responding to. It went right over your head. Maybe you aren't able to comprehend. I can't help you in that case.
I'll make it even simpler for you.
'You said the league hires mostly white coaches because the league coaches are mostly white! Mke Tomlin hired 2 whites coaches! You must be wrong! Wahhh !! Wahh!' -(that's an impression of you)
(now here's me explaining the previous analogy to you. Keep this impression of you in mind as you read it. It might help)
Tom Brady throwing an incomplete pass doesn't make him a bad QB. Mke Tomlin hiring two white coaches doesn't mean that over the long term white coaches and owners and gms etc are not going to tend to hire more white people than minority owners and gms and coaches.
This happens at the player level too. White gms and coaches are more likely to have white players than minority GMs. are. Are they all outright racists? Probably not. Hopefully not. But you can deny the effect of unconscious bias.
Look at what happened to the Raiders when John Gruden took over. They became a lot more white.
I have a hunch this is too complicated for you to understand.
Give it a shot.
As a lifelong Dolphin fan since the days of David Woodley at QB, I find it interesting that people are surprised that Miami fired Brian Flores. His record was not any better than any other recent coaches who were fired. In fact, it was a little worse.
Brian Flores (3 seasons): 24-25 record, no playoff appearances
Adam Gase (3 seasons): 23-25 record, one playoff appearance
Joe Philbin (3 seasons): 23-25, no playoff appearances. Philbin started his 4th season 1-3 and was promptly fired.
Tony Sparano (3 seasons): 25-23, one division championship (team's only title since 2000). Started 4th season 4-9 and was fired.
Dave Wannstedt (3 seasons): 31-17, two playoff appearances including a division championship. Went 9-7 and 10-6 in 4th and 5th seasons, started 6th season 1-8 and was fired. Had a 50-30 record for five seasons and 51-38 overall.
The Dolphins have made a lot of trades in recent years to get top draft picks with the expectation of success (2020 - three #1s, two #2s; 2021 - two #1s, two #2s). Flores was fired because he did not meet these expectations.
I am certain Flores will get another job soon (possibly an OQ or DQ position) and will eventually be an NFL head coach again.
Nobody cares about your victim Olympics. Shut up and win or go home crying to mama.
Are you aware that Mike Tomlin isn't white?
This topic is clearly way over your head...
The main reason Flores got fired was because he quit talking to the team, and especially Tua, like 6 weeks ago. Pretty much no communication whatsoever. Tua was playing golf on his off days instead of watching film and other stuff. Flores just didn't think he was serious about preparing for the games. I wouldn't mind if the Texans hired him. He might be able to convince Watson to stay with the team.

From the simpleton who believes definitive conclusions can be drawn from a small, unique sample based on population averages, that’s rich.
Just....Wow.
You really do have trouble following along, don't you?

It's not a "small, unique sample" moron... it's a rule that holds true for the entire population at the margin. NFL coaches are at the margin.
Again, this is WAY over your head.

Says the guy who's argument is that Mike Tomlin hired 2 white coaches because white people are racist...

Each post you are showing more and more that you don’t understand statistics and sampling, while being arrogant about that ignorance. It’s astounding. Is it “the works” fault that you were poorly educated?

Yes, you don't understand the concept of bell curves and margins because other people are poorly educated...
Why are the dumbest people always the most arrogant? lol....
The first good question you’ve asked in the entire thread.

And if you were a little more clever the irony of your bemusement wouldn't be lost on you.
Alas, you can't overcome your genetics.
I suggest they hire black coaches with arrest records so they can better relate to the players.

USFL already has a black HC.
The USFL has hired their 3rd Black coach, Kirby Wilson from the Browns ! Gosh... do you think they realize that 70% of their players will be A-A ??

Jeez...I just read his arrest record....Why would anyone hire a lowlife like this? Because he's black and held to a lower standard?
