After years of research, for me personally, I think it’s sweet potatoes.
Within a couple hours of eating just a single baked sweet potato, I’m rippin asss left and right. It’s heinous too, the dog won’t even hang out with me.
Kinda unfortunate, but they’re one of my fav foods, so y’all are just gonna have to deal with it.
Sweet potatoes make YOU fart a lot because you personally can not break down Mannitol which is abundant in sweet potatoes. That is not an issue with most people.
No particular food does that to me that I am aware of.
Easter Sunday hard boiled eggs. SBD. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING comes back from the dead of those. Gave them up 30+ years ago.

I eat these foods in large quantities daily.
I'm constantly ripping gas left & right. 😬 That's why my friends & colleagues call me "gasser" (I'm a gas at parties. 🤣).
When my community had a mask mandate, it was nice because people didn't mind my gas as much. 😷
