Big10 and Notre Dame are jokes. They get a lot of pub because they are in high population areas, but play ridiculously easy schedules. And they take an annual smack down from real football schools. Stop the nonsense and regulate all Big10 and Notre Dame to DivII. Remember when Michigan got whacked by the Hillbillies of Appalachian State Junior Teachers' College?
I totally agree. Michigan, Michigan State, and OSU had zero quality out of conference wins this year. Their high rankings are the result of them beating up on very bad in conference teams and then playing against each other. It’s a joke!

Conferences don't compete in football, teams do. There are two great teams this year, then the rest. Doesn't matter who else would have played yesterday, outcomes would have been the same.

Bringing up a regular season game from 15 years ago is a joke. Also, like almost every year the two best teams were far better than everyone else. The SEC is good if you haven't figured that out like everyone else.

Learn to drive. And Indiana has the 17th largest state population, 38th in area. One of the smallest states and one of the states with the largest population. And Notre Dame is always overranked and always plays a cupcake schedule.

Absolutely. Massive population density in the northeast. There aren't a lot of people living in Central Park, but that doesn't mean that it isn't in a population dense region. Radio, TV, news in New Hampshire are all dominated by Boston and New York.

Absolutely. Only four states have a higher population density than Pennsylvania. 13 million people in a pretty small state. You people need to go to Wyoming or the Dakotas to understand what true rural areas are. State College metro area,160,000, itself has more people than all the metro areas of Wyoming combined.

Okay, so then it sounds like your beef is with the individual bowls and their conference affiliations. You can do some research in your own to learn about how that all works. I personally would have no problem if the bowls were less restricted in who they could choose.
