It’s been along time coming.
As a 29 yo male I felt this was the best choice. I am ready to start building up my body versus breaking it down daily. The community at the CrossFit box is awesome.
I will train in moderation to avoid injury. All anti aging experts recommend hold muscle mass going into later years so I plan on doing this as long as possible. You just can’t beat the feeling of killing a circuit workout at 7am on a Saturday.
I recommend everyone else give it a try.
