I don't think its possible, 3 liters of water in three hours is pretty hard to absorb, if you can't absorb it, it'll go right through you. I think there is some bro science around water pulling- meaning if you chug a ton of water in a short period of time, it pulls other water with it on the way out. Then there's the normal amount you pee in a normal 48 hour period.
If I was going to try, here's how I'd do it:
1. run long, in the heat/humidity, really get dangerously dehydrated.
2. sip the water over the next three hours, probably take in a ton of carbs and electrolytes. I'd probably eat like a pound of salty pasta. Try to retain as much water as possible.
3. if its allowed, run again to sweat out as much as you can
even with this, you are still just prolonging how long you can go. I don't think that's enough to make it 48 hours.
I’ve heard this before. Allegedly he was dining with the king and it was rude to get up. After a lot of drinking his bladder burst. Also he lost his nose in a fencing accident and wore a bronze nose. That may have had lead in it which poisined him.
This is an unbelievably bad idea. People have died trying this.
That said, HOW there hasn't been a Master of his Domain thread on this board stuns me.
It's not that hard if you don't drink for 24 hours before. And once you hold it for awhile, it goes away. Maybe the urine gets recycled back.
OP(ee) here
Pls no one actually do this

No, it does not. This does not happen. You'll rupture your bladder and die (see Tycho Brache story above). This is unchangeable biology and facts matter. No one do this please.
<End rant>
hell no i wouldn't do 24 or even 12 hours without cheating. 3 liters of water ffs i'd have to piss before finished drinking it
