Just this last weekend, a man and his wife walked by my house to a garage sale ( which I already frown upon during covid)..and the man unabashedly laughed at me with my cat on a leash while looking right at me. I yelled "WHAT!!!!!" At him which changed his laugh really quick . His wife smirkingly asked "does she ACTUALLY walk with you? And i growled at her to have ..a ..good..day.
I'm expressive. My point of that story is that it's not me, let's run or anything else. I express myself the way I feel necessary anywhere. Not for marketing (I'm beyond dirt poor) not for image ( i have no image) and not to try to make it.
It's just me being me..so my promise holds.
To stick to a promise, one must have some degree of control over their own actions. I don't believe that you have such.

Let me give you a little tidbit of the character of stoppit Smith from a story many moons ago.
My mom had old bread..past the due date and was going to make a tuna sandwich with it. I insisted to her not to use the old bread. She threw a fit and threw the tuna and bread away and said now i guess I have no lunch. Despite the fact it was raining out, I threw on the most protective pullover I had and walked the 3.4 mile round trip in the rain just to buy her new bread and a fresh can of tuna...
I am stubborn enough to do what I feel I should regardless of the consequences.
It's the reason I follow every covid guideline...I know I should and I don't want to ever be the reason someone gets covid.

you are right not to eat expired bread. as im sure you know. theres a video on it on youtube. the mold is small and cant be seen for a lot of it. and by the time there is slight visible mold, it's all over the bread, but not invisible... st vitus dance . what flexibility
