primarily interested in what the pacing was like. I have a race coming up and it is supposed to be pretty fast. not sure if i should go out fast and try to hold it or try to run even splits (although boring, perhaps it is the way to go).
this made me curious, so i ask what was it like on the day of your 3 mile pr? was your pacing even or all over the place? was the weather cool or warm? did you sleep enough the night before? what did you eat for dinner?
