Interesting, IIRC this is their first year of XC in a few years so not a great start. Last year I ran on the course they used for this meet, it's pretty fun, and very picturesque. Going to Foundation instead this year, last year was a joke.

Their women have had cross country for years. They have 11 women on their roster and only 2 finished the race. Most runners were 7 min pace or slower. Just tell your team to jog it with sneakers on. The coach should be fired.
