IF by his physique you mean PEDs and hard training I would be more inclined to agree that they help his stamina. Otherwise his physique is not particularly likely to help his stamina any more so than countless other athletes.
In the video they say that the anatomy of his legs let him less prone to injuries.

El Bakkali: Did you actually watch the video in which he was tested in Great Britain ? This reveals many advantages that he possesses.
1. Super low body fat of 10.7%
2. Superb running economy with no major flaws in his style or technique
3. Surprisingly coordinated for a man that all of 1.91 cm or over 6‘3“
It sad that in your post you mention PEDs because there’s nothing to indicate that he takes those. Can people not just accept that someone is exceptionally talented and gifted and on top of that works hard which propels him to the very top of the competition?

10.7% body fat is NOT exceptionally low. OK he is clean. Just like the rest of them. Dude you are not in touch with reality.
Even during the years Jager was slightly better than El Bakkili it was always obvious that El Bakkili was the superior athlete with more gears and turn of foot. Same thing to lesser degree with Frerichs and Coburn.
