I have a nerve injury that has been a chronic injury. That has made it very hard to control my leg somedays. I have been working with a chiropractor to work on issues with it. Should l be doing light running or stretching? There is not any pain just a dull feeling somedays and an inability to control my legs. On line they say to do some excercises, but somedays it feels like running 30 minutes makes it worse. Any advice?
