Really comes down to which one can suck down their nandrolone at the perfect time to peak during the race but not too late to glow on the test. It's going to be a nailbiter.
After a tactical first 2 laps, Nuguse starts a long wind up for home with 600 to go and breaks everybody but Hocker on the last lap on the back stretch. Hocker passes him on the home straight and out kicks Nuguse for the win. Engels makes a late charge to knock out Centrowitz for 3rd.
1. Hocker 3:33 high
2. Nuguse 3:34 high
3. Engels 3:36 high
Engels
Nuguse
Hocker
Centro devastated.
Centro is the best 1500m racer of the past 20 years. The young guns will play right into his hands. He wins and makes it look... relaxed.

LMAO, there is no way it will be that fast. It's going to be a turkey trot for the first 2 laps. Winning time will be 3:38xx
Five at or under 3:35 in a championship race? You must be smoking that blue meth.

I would describe it more as seven “at or under 3:35.”
Cole Hocker shocks the world by taking it out fast to get the Olympic standard in spite of the heat.
I know nothing about the meth pallete of colors; you’ll have to explain that to me.

Yeah, that's what I meant to say, somehow it changed from my brain to my fingers.
Anyway, Hocker will be going for the standard tomorrow when it's still relatively cool and everyone will let him go since the top 6 advance. He'll have the standard by the finals so again, there is zero chance anyone is going out fast on Sunday.
I wish Centro would run the 5000.
Centro 3:36
Hocker 3:36
Hobbs 3:37
Engels 3:37
No one under 3:39
1. Centro
2. Engels
