Who is getting the Vanderbilt head coaching position? Humphreys? Someone outside?

I would guess that Vandy will hire a minority.
Consensus seems to be Rhonda is making her return as hc
Rhonda has announced she is leaving Duke. She has been great at Duke and Vandy will be lucky to have her.

How many quality minorities lead a distance/XC program?
Well this is a low key a**hole comment

Not so fast. Vandy will go with a Rhonda before a minority. It is VANDERBILT. How many quality minorities lead a distance/XC program?
BYU.
You wouldn't know quality if it dropped square on your thick, bigoted, hick head.

White guy tears^
Who ever is getting it will be getting an ideal opportunity.
Nashville is growing and fast becoming the place to live for many.
Heard some names being thrown around that, if true, means Vanderbilt is about to fumble this hire worse than I initially imagined possible
I have heard names such as Carmelita Jeter and April Thomas being interviewed in final rounds, which if true - what would be the point? At a program like Vanderbilt, they have far more distance athletes than track athletes. Maybe this is a long-term project to eventually build a track team for the men's side as well, but in the short term makes no sense to me.

Agreed - right now there are 10 -15 track athletes and over 30 distance runners! Who are they hiring a coach for?
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
