Blaise ran sub 28 minutes and declares for the 10k and doesn’t show? Did he get hurt this week?

DNS at regional meet, ran 27:56 just a few weeks ago. Anyone know what’s up? Wishing him the best.
DI is wasting their time running prelim 10k's.. They should use the yearly rank-order list to advance the top 24 to NCAA's. The 12 that made it through were almost the exact form-chart going in minus Ferro DNS'ing, and Boit making it.
Here are the results. Any other big DNSs in either region?

Not in the East and where was Ferro?
He made a post about his frustrations
I think he got hurt, sucks to see

I posed the same question in the thread about this last night, but that thread seems to have disappeared. Was he the guy from nau with the cringey interview after the ncaa cross this year?
Who didn't qualify in the East who could have placed at nationals?
where is anyone from stanford?
Ok I noticed another surprising result (and I've added his naem to the title). Can someone tell me what's up with Danny Kilrea?
10th at NCAA xc on March 15. 28:34 on March 25. 18th at ACCs (29:28) and now 29th at ACCs (30:00).
How in the world do you go from finishing 10th at NCAAxc to not scoring at your conference meet two months later and not being able to break 30:00 2 months after that?
When people at Cornell ran WAY off what they should, I always assumed 100% of the time it was something physical. Has he had his ferritin checked?
I mean I can't imagine why you'd even start the race unless you thought it was something that might have been cured. Like you find out you are anemic maybe after ACCs and then have been pumping iron into yourself hoping it's gone up.
What else could explain it?
bump?

If that's it that's a really tough way to end your college career :( Running sub 28 and then getting hurt and missing out on nationals ... but that's life
Trey Cunningham didn't run the 110m hurdles heats. Also, Tara Davis easily qualified in the long jump but made no start in the 100m hurdles.

Love Danny THRILLrea. He will bounce back.
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
