I am in favor of transpeople competing in the same category as the bathrooms they use.
You would have an athlete use the women’s bathroom, change into their sports bra and bunhuggers in the women’s locker room, and then line up against the men
Similarly, you would let a bearded man change in the men’s locker room and then run against women.
And you call me crazy 😜
The issue of inclusivity IS what is important here. That is quantitative and factual. Facts don’t care about your feelings.
I argued none of the above. But your straw men completely ducked the key issue against inclusivity in women's sports, which is male biological advantage. You have nothing to say on that.
I have little to say on it because it’s a waste of time.
Men run against men and women run against women.
If a man becomes a woman and wins a race against a woman, that does not bother me. Women beat women in races all the time.
If a man becomes a woman and runs a women’s world record, that does not bother me because the time is run by a woman.

How on earth does a man "become a woman"? In one of your earlier comments you intimated that a man becomes a woman if he wears a sports bra and bum huggers.
Mate, have you ever had contact with a woman other than your mum?
Also, this is not about YOU!
My wife, my daughter, the girls I teach, the female athletes I coach. I’ve never met one who is against trans participation in sports. The only ones who are are either:
1. Old men
2. Transphobic women
There is a silent majority that gets drowned out by a small handful of very hateful loudmouths in the media. When you ask for people’s honest opinions, it’s clear that you are making a big fuss about nothing.

How does a man become a woman? Does a biological male become a woman simply because "she" says she is? On that basis, you or I could become a woman simply by choosing to define ourselves as a woman. Really? If we aren't different biologically, then what does it mean to be a "man" or a "woman"? Are these interchangeable terms that have nothing to do with the biology of sexual differences? If so, they are meaningless.
Further, you keep failing to address the issue that trans women have male biological advantages in women's sports. Does that not concern you, from the vantage of unfairness to cis women?

Much more likely that they're simply lying to you since they don't want to get into a pointless debate where you call them transphobic and shout them down for daring to have a differing viewpoint. Or they just don't care about competitive sports so are taking the easy out and trying to end the conversation.
