I know i seem to have it in for this guy, but he really is priceless. I missed this bit in the testimony. I hope he did say this, because if this isnt another nail in his coffin i dont know what is.
On redirect questioning, Blackwell asked Tobin why no bruising was found on Floyd's neck or injuries to his hypopharynx.
"I wouldn't expect anything to be found there," he said, "because the effects are not something that will remain at the time of autopsy."
Bruising isnt present at autopsy?
There must be some additional context that is omitted here, can someone help Mr Tobin out of his hole please?

Also from the same article;
Isenschmid, the former chief toxicologist for the Wayne County, Michigan, Medical Examiner's Office, described the fentanyl and methamphetamine found in Floyd's blood as "low level" traces.
Well, we can argue about building up tolerance to drugs, but i dont think anyone has ever claimed his blood fentanyl level was 'low level'. That strikes me as deranged. Can anyone explain - in absolute terms for a normal human toxicology report, not in relative terms.
oh well, i was going to ignore it, but LRC has already shown that fentanyl does NOT peak in 5 minutes. Tobin really is hopeless.
