I've been plagued by injury for three years I am only 19. In eighth grade(2015) I ran a Pr of 12:16 in the 2 mile
( please tell me if this is a good time for an eight grader). My mile time is unknown and I have to start from the beginning. Assuming I run something like a seven-minute mile due to injury setbacks, how long until I will be able to run 4:10 in the mile. Is this even possible? I know this is a difficult question due to the lack of times, but the dedication is there. I also don't have a coach. I'd rather hear encouragement but I know I must be willing to hear the whole truth, please leave input no matter how devastating reality may be.
