Not projection. We know of only one US congressman in KKK - THE Democrat Robert Byrd. Grand Cyclops or whatever he was called.
So, you don't believe in remorse and repentance (which he did do)? How very Christian of you. Forgiveness, especially to those who repent, is a cornerstone of Christianity. I guess you don't really Bible thump too much here, but your party and your Orange God both claim to be guided by Christian principles [scoff]. Beyond that, only an a$hole doesn't forgive someone when they ask for it...I mean he never killed anyone. He left the group in 1952 (let me say that again for those who need clarity tonight! He left the group in 1952.) and said being a member of that group with the greatest mistake he ever made, denouncing the group and racism until he died.
And so, you want to mention a guy who left the KKK in 1952 and repented as an example that the Democratic Party is racist? Pull your head out of your ass.
Yes he opposed ending segregation and voted and filibustered against the Civil Rights acts in the 60s because he stopped be racist in 1952...
He stopped being racist when it became politically advantageous to pretend he wasn't racist any more.
Joe Biden praised him at his funeral. You Dems elected him as Your Leader. He voted to not confirm C Thomas many years later. He was always a racist like so many in your party.
Ha! Again, very un-Christianlike of you to not accept someone's sincere remorse and repentance, and by all accounts that is what it was for Robert Byrd.
Clarence Thomas is a nutbar right-wing a$$hole who has proven to be unethical by taking huge monetary gifts and not reporting them. It's not racist to not vote for someone like that.
The two fanciest stores in Ohio are Wal Mart and Piggly Wiggly. Flagpole has the Platinum membership at Piggly Wiggly.
Well, I was about to tell you that I would be GLAD to shop at Piggly Wiggly because it's fun to say but that there aren't any in Ohio (I thought there weren't), but, as I always do, I checked my facts first, and according to the internet that Al Gore invented, there are 5 Piggly Wigglies in Ohio...but they are all in the southern part of the state, so not really convenient for me to shop there.

You are a fool.
So if Donald Trump expressed remorse and repentance you would accept him as a viable presidential candidate?
No, I actually do not shop at Walmart...not in the store and not online. I haven't even been in a WalMart in probably 25 years.
These days, other than grocery stores, I really only shop at 2 different brick and mortar stores on the regular...Kohl's (because the Lovely Mrs. Flagpole like them), and Target...because they have basics I need or want. Everything else that I might get from a brick and mortar store is not a regular purchase...musical gear, car stuff, HUGE biceps store stuff.
My main wardrobe for the past about 20 years has been shorts and t-shirts, so I get those online.

1) I accept him has a viable Presidential candidate now.
2) He doesn't think he's done anything wrong, so you are dealing with a hypothetical that will never come to pass.
3) What do you suggest he show remorse and repentance for?
One of the only things the bill did to address the actual border was to provide funding for more judges and more agents to speed up the process and reduce the back log.
What do you mean "if a bunch of people tried to cross the border and claim asylum, no one would be allowed to cross the border no matter what."??? That's literally what's happening every day.
What international law specifically applies to the US border? What international law do you think the US could possibly be violating by enforcing it's own sovereignty?
Yes, that is literally what's happening every day. If the bill passed, it would've stopped. You can thank Trump for it buddy.

WAIT...there is another brick and mortar store I shop at somewhat regularly, and that is Lowe's.

Shopping at Target for things you could get at the WalMart across the street 30% cheaper seems silly especially for a person of advanced age living in retirement.

Remain in Mexico stopped it. Biden reversed it.
The bill would just make it possible to process more illegals faster.

The bill was endorsed by the Border Patrol Union who backed the Trump campaign in 2016. I think they said something along the lines of "It's not perfect, but it's a lot better than the status quo." Give or take a few words. It was a good bill. It would have helped the situation at the border.

They thought it would have made their job easier but it wouldn't have made the situation easier. The only bright spot in the entire bill was that it supposedly would only allow asylum claims at official points of entry.
1. All this would do is move the mass of illegals to the ports of entry and increase the numbers coming because it would be safer.
2. Illegals would still try to enter everywhere anyway and it wouldn't have made any difference because the incentive and reward weren't addressed.
Have you noticed that Trump is whining like a spoiled brat that he must sit in court and can’t campaign. Yet every day he gets off he doesn’t campaign.
Its almost like,…
and hear me out here..,
It’s almost like…
It is a little bit like..
Trump that can’t open his gaping pie hole without pure putrid, hot, infested bull excrement coming out.

Dear GOP and M@ga, You loved Kevin McCarthy, now you say he's a POS. You loved Mike Johnson, now you say he's a POS. You loved Dick Cheney, now you say he’s a POS. You loved Liz Cheney, now you say she’s POS. You loved McCain, now you say he’s a POS. You loved Bush, now you say he’s a POS. You loved Mitt, now you say he’s a POS. You love Trump... See where I'm going with this? Trump is the biggest POS. And we all know it. But you are obviously very, very, very slow learners. Free advice: If you don't want POS candidates, stop voting for POS candidates.
