Do you mean Shin Splits? or Spine Splints?
If the former, consider stretching, icing and changing shoes.
If the latter, you're outta luck.
Stretch the hell out of your calves, sit on your kitchen counter with your feet hanging over the edge, hang a can of paint on each foot and do crunches. I ce the area 1 min x 5 times daily, get a show with good support to cut the overpronation.
Walk around on your heels with toes & arches elevated, don't let 'em touch the ground. Do this 5 mins a day.
