Agree completely about Longs. Going up the home stretch is a decent challenge. Did the double 14er of Grays and Torreys a few years back. Probably should have trained a bit more as it darn near did me in at age 59. Sadly while trying to recover at the top of Torrey a cpl Colorado teens came flying on up in sandals and carrying their selfie stick. Living at altitude sure helps as does youth fitness.
Try the Casual Route on the Diamond Face on Longs Peak? One of the classic alpine wall routes in the US. I think it is rated 5.10? Not that any of the actual climbing is that technical but it is at altitude and the ever present threat of weather moving in (unseen from other side of the mountain) is there. Simply awesome!
