LMAO he ran 10 miles at 9:12 pace. Why is this kid famous?
By the way, just a perspective- I told my oldest about this (high school senior heading D1 for running) and she said, "Dad, everyone does that... they buy embroidery machines and customize apparel.." but I told her he was embroidering actual NIKE logos and then she was like, "well, yeah, I don't really see that, but people are customizing NIKE apparel and shoes."
Yeah, but they aren't dumb enough to be selling it on Etsy...

Her opinion didn't become legit until I found out she was a future D1 athlete!

I have zero respect for anyone who would use a website called "Etsy"
Look. It's simple. He knows it's wrong.. Otherwise he would of addressed it. He would of told the world about it. He would be proud of it. But he's not. He's deleting comments. He changed the name of the shop and shut it down. He's hiding by not addressing it. Basically he know he's in the wrong... plain and simple.

That is legal because to customize the shoes/apparel, you have to buy them from Nike. Zach is bypassing buying from Nike. If he were embroidering designs on genuine Nike products, I don’t think that would be an issue.
Disgusting to see people like you give a free pass to criminals.

I'm confused so you are a 'libertarian' but you definitely are in favor of the absolute strictest regulation of copywrite regulations so much so that something that at worst would be a civil matter you've personally upgraded to a criminal offense also, you are so indebted to our corporate overlords that you have taken it upon yourself to monitor possible copywrite offenses on behalf of a multi-billion dollar company that makes its products with virtual child slave labor in poverty stricken countries?
He’s just an unimaginative troll. Don’t feed the troll.
