The Ironman still has the big advantage of the start and split button both being done by the big central button on the face. By far the most useful configuration for track work.
The Seiko has the same button for splits. The start button is on the top right hand side, so pretty convenient anyway. Beyond that, build quality seems way better on the Seiko. Much better looking, too.
Amazing, I actually have one on now. Much better than the timex, easier to read, better constructed too. I’ve never ever seen one on another person.
Cool. Could you comment a bit on the watch? I'm thinking of getting one and ditching the gps I've got.

Not sure about the light, though. A physical button would be better and more reliable, I think.
