Hello chaps,
It is my first time posting to the forum but I have been following for quite some time. The goal is to run sub 2:50 in a marathon next October. Ideally I would like to use this as a training log/and or a forum for advice whether it be positive or negative in an effort to meet this goal. To give a little background, I ran from sub bantam into college and grew up in a family of runners. I've taken a pretty long hiatus from competitive running (8 years or so), but I think that time away gave me a a newfound love for it. I have been running around right around 40 miles a week since September but I am looking for some direction in terms of training regiments to make this happen. Thoughts?
