It seems that in all of his instagram posts he creates some excuse for the times his athletes run. Just check the caption in his latest post of his athlete who ran a 15:31 xc 5k: "set a new PR in 15:31 despite only going out in 5:05 for the first mile." Despite only going out in 5:05?? 15:31 is ~5:00 per mile. A 5:05 first mile is completely reasonable. In fact, it's probably the only reason the kid was able to negative split. All of his posts start out with some sort of his excuse for his athletes. It is time for him to grow up and realize that not having a perfect race justifies what he feels is a substandard time. Definitely wouldn't shell out thousands a year for him to coach my kid.
