He’s a track super fan from Wisconsin (I think) who has some sort of disability (again, not totally sure what it is but I remember seeing a video on it through Flotrack or something). He’s known for doing those face in the whole photo edits with professional and college runners. I think he also occasionally does long runs or easy runs with some pros when they’re in his area.
