13:27 could get in a diamond league race, maybe, if you were friends with the promoter. You're probably coming near dead last, but, it's still very close to world class.
I call it world class.
It's better in my mind than someone playing top tier junior hockey. How many people can run around a track for 12 and a half laps at 64 second pace? very few in the world. Maybe less than a 100? 500? Surely no more than 500 at any given time.
It's very good.
People just find running around a track in circles to be boring.
