Good week overall. Really happy with the 3xmile workout and the beer mile was fun, but could have gone better had I not had to run a penalty lap. Went out with a "win or barf" mindset... it was the latter. I went out with the first beer split in under 10 seconds... first lap in 75... it was all downhill from there.
Another week of basically all 90s here in PA, so I'll just keep drinking water and hope I don't overdo it.
