I'm feeling stupid because I forgot to add him and I can't go back and edit my original post. He's a great one I've heard is detailed without overdoing it.

I know a lot disagree with you here on this site but I respect your takes--you have at least brought stats and research into them. Healthy debate is always good.
I may look into it as well as Pfitzinger's.
Thanks Average for chiming in.
Darris and Star haven't sent anything out otherwise, so I'm still assuming it's on. I should sign up before 6/30 before the prices go up.
Thank you! I truly appreciate it. I will incorporate what you said into my plan.
Tinman seems more useful if you have a HR monitor too.
These “systems” crack me up. Back in the day guys like Bill Rodgers didn’t follow no “system.” They just ran A LOT and ran fast times. They ran hard when they felt good and ran easy when they needed to. Also they weren’t afraid to race. Just listen to your body and run baby! Whether you run 18.0 miles at x pace on Sunday don’t matter. What matters is you run A LOT and recover so you can run some more.
Dayton Air Force and Akron have cancelled, I would think that at this point Columbus would be inevitable as well. In regards to training, Daniels is near impossible to finish, even if you go with Plan A. The big benefit to Tinman type training is the fact that it is manageable and no grinding yourself down by the time of the marathon. If you are interested there was an article on hardybreed.com with a 12 week pdf for marathon training that looked pretty solid, incorporating moderate long runs and specific training. I’m not sure what Tinman advocates in regard to marathon specific training as he has been more vague here, as opposed to moderate, long term consistency. His old posts on big workouts were shorter and concise and older. Looking at Brogan Austin’s training it looks like he prescribed quite a bit of moderate long runs and his standard CV/5k/threshold alternation.
I'm curious to see how people will adapt if the marathon season is canceled in the fall of 2020.
Will people just do the base training and hope for the best?
Might as well cancel everything until 2022 because there's no vaccine and people are in fear.
(except for race protests, of course).
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
