T : 20' barefoot on grass + drills ans strides
W : 1h30 with 3x8' at LT pace : forgot my watch and went crazy like 3'10-3'20/km thinking I was in 3'40/km and I couldn't finish. I did the last one with my slower friend at 4'10/km which seemed like jogging to me. I guess I was in great shape.

F : 45' steady : 6miles
S : 45' barefoot on a beach steady pace
S : 1h40 12miles. half easy/has steady. Good legs but tired.
Barefoot runs on soft surface did a great job for my shins pain. I will now do it every week.
Now I take a few days off and then some TT (200/400/1000) on thursday/Friday to see what my speed is in base phase.
Hard to know my shape with 0 specific work.
I'll try 25"/54-55"/2'40.
