If the people of Idaho were subjected to decades of illegal abuses of power, assault, repeated violations of constitutional rights, and extrajudicial killings at the hands of government employees, what would happen in Idaho, "the gun-happiest state in the country"?
These sorts of things would not occur in "the gun-happiest state in the country".
Beyond the reason that the 2nd amendment was included in the Constitution, legal gun owners are the most law abiding citizens in this country.
