How long after the alleged incident occurred was it given?
Why did this person not report the story immediately?
Was the subject of the testimony running for or holding high political office when the individual testified?
This is sort of he-said, she-said, right? And at the end of the day, do you believe Donald Trump, who always tells the truth? Just kidding. Or do you believe that woman on the tape?
I might find her more believable if she hadn't waited decades to make her accusation, and happenned to do so right when her target was running for high office.
Go back and read my previous post regarding this topic. He failed in his training. Either he never listened, he made the decision to ignore his training, or he is just plain ignorant. Quick list: He failed his responsiblity to avoid conflict when carrying, he failed duty to retreat, he failed interfering with law enforcement, he failed by injecting himself into a volitile situation. All these are taught in carrying classes, at least where I'm from. I'm also a 22-yr Army vet and have always been around weapons my whole life. Just because he never drew a weapon still doesn't let him off. Rights are not shields. You are taught to exercise your rights within laws and to use your instruction safely.
