Here is my take on a few of the right wingers fighting the hard fight for Trump on these boards.

She or he comes on the board and displays immense ignorance and the latest talking points from Fox like "No Comment" on Maui and thinks it is a big time gotcha. The Fulton County Clerk of Courts Office admitted it made a mistake when it posted a "fictitious" indictment of former President Donald Trump before a grand jury had even voted.
Aren't all of the Fulton County Indictments on Georgia state charges? I don't think any state or county can charge a federal crime.
Meadows' removal notice/motion is confusing (mostly because I can't find a copy of it - the US media has a habit of reporting on stuff that they won't allow you to read yourself), but I believe anyone charged with committing crimes stemming from their work as a federal employee or agent, can automatically remove their case to federal court. So I think Trump and Meadows can do this for sure. Some of the others probably can too.
In the opinion of the "expert commentator" in the post #1897 of the thread, Meadows has a plausible case for removal because he's acting as the chief of staff of the POTUS while Trump does not because he was acting as a candidate for office in this context.
She also made the point that Meadows is very likely cooperating with Jack Smith on the federal charges.
Interesting point on Trump as a candidate or president. He did use taxpayer resources for this scheme, but yes he was acting primarily as a candidate.
Meadows absolutely has rolled on Trump. He cut a deal like a rat. He refused to testify before then January 6th Committee and got held in contempt, but once the DOJ got involved, he caved like a yard pigeon, probably for total immunity (which is why he needs this case in federal court).
Meadows has probably already told the DOJ about this Powerpoint document (linked below) that he received, which spells out a late-developed Trump scheme that not even whack job AITR could pretend was lawful and try to defend. We have the Chinese, Venezuelans, Dominion, Smartmatic, Bigfoot, dead people, Biden, Ray Epps, etc. all culminating in a need for Trump to declare a National Security Emergency and get the National Guard to take over all election sites and void all votes counted by electronic voting systems.

And if you can't accept the results of an election after losing 80+ court cases AND then advise your VP to reject results from states that you lost, AND attempt to strong arm officials in states to find or manufacture just enough votes to give you a win AND conspire with others to create false slate of electors...then you too are unqualified and need to GTFOH.

But Trump was only the acting President of the United States. He did not have a really important position like Georgia court clerk.
