Coaching a fast sprinter to become great at long distance

Thats not me. I like my chances of a sub 3 on the next marathon attempt, but anything can happen! Next races is going to be a low key indoor mile in 3 weeks, then gearing up for the Shamrock Shuffle 8k in Chicago in March!

The fast 15-20 x 400s Phil did in combination with the pace at LT:s made him very fast to develop at 5k - half marathon , but the LT:pace he did was too fast to suit the marathon . Now we let the marathon wait for indefinite period ahead....

To me it looks that Phil is stronger at 5 k pace than LT-pace right now , so we then adjusts the threshold speed accordingly in our " new start" together...... :)

Of course he’s better suited to 5k stuff because he was training more like a 5k runner than a marathoner.

It`s not like that! He was training the same way as my 2:07-2: 10 marathoners with the difference that his LT- pace

was not in phase with his expected threshold pace.

Why to keep positive Phil. With any luck l feel safe in saying JS will get you under his magic 3:30 marathon, that is if he doesn't break you down first.

JS you say you are friends to Great Kenyan runners, 2:07" marathon runners, but you think Kenyans are stupid. You have coached no 2:07 runners and you are not friends of anyone in Mr Sangs camp. You are not a name that any great Kenyans know. I feel the only magic is how anyone still believes you.

JS has everyone doing the same thing, so this is proof that no great runner would be following him. He lost me with the sprinter doing that crap! Phil is probably being nice to his friend and acting like he respects JS, but in reality he is like this dude fuc*Ed up my race. Who would in reality, have a guy called the Wizard Coach them, and have them do those crazy workouts, and lies about athletes that don't even exist?

I don`t know who you are or if you are a real Kenyan training at Sangs camp or just a person pretending being Kenyan, but I of course know it`s true that Kamworor knows who I am and the power of my system and coaching.And I repeat that Sang and I don`t know each other......

End this then. Where is this famous sprinter now and what is her name? Please make it someone we can find somewhere on the internet. Also please show something where she says you are coaching her right now. We all know that you have a past history of naming people you coach, that don't even know you.

If Kamworor knows the power of your coaching, then why doesn't he use you instead of Sang? I mean you're the Best according to yourself. Could it be he has no Earthly idea who you are?

Try to use your brain! ))) Sang has the big power behind him with one of the worlds most powerful managements and Nike . Kamworor is of course not allowed to be coached by anyone else. But back in 2016 he didn`t have any world record and believed that I could help him in secret to break the 15 km road WR when he compared his training program given by Sang and my Dancan system. Unfortunately he got sick in pneumonia after I had sent the first weeks program to him and after his sickness Sang watched more carefully over him........This is 100% true and one day I will present the evidence at my first lecture. - J.S -
