That's unlikely. Also why did other NOP athletes complain about Steve always hitting on Jackie? Since you have never been in a relationship before let me explain to you: when you like someone, sparks start flying right away.

Jackie also said they didn't get together until after they moved to Houston. Read David's latest stupid article - she says it in there.

Steve Magness is a liar. So is Jackie.

This does not matter. It is a red herring. Can we address the accusations that Magness made against Salazar in the original Epstein article and determine if Magness was lying or did Epstein misrepresent what Magness said. I'm starting to believe Magness is a pawn in all of this and we need to lay off of him and focus on the original article.

I'm not following. Doping is not a federal crime and the Feds dropped Armstrong's case. How about those perjury charges? What? No charges? Huh. Go figure.

Salazar is good to go. It would be great if he was banned for life, but this is IOC sport, they are okay with doping.

Don't know if this has been mentioned, but if you're making a secret recording of your exit interview, it's not likely you believe you are leaving on as good of terms as Steve would let his documentation try to convince you.

True, but this doesn't mean that the bad terms are the fault of the person leaving. If you record the conversation, it's quite likely that your employer has bullied you into leaving and you fully expect him to say something that might come back to haunt him later.

Wrong. He neither said nor implied that things were anywhere close to great. He offered the facts of the matter - that it was a mutual termination agreement, that he could in theory be hired by Nike again, and that Salazar expressed great confidence in him when he headed to Park City. He knew he'd soon have more to say and he did. And he's not done, I'm sure. I hope you don't think that Salazar is capable of outsmarting a guy like Magness. At some point being a ruthless dictator only gets you so far.

No, you're removing the context. He brought up the letter as a direct rebuttal to being fired for cause.

He may have had reason later to fear retribution from AS once he came forward with claims, but at that the point of the exit interview all he had were some arguments and misgivings, according to him. No reason to suspect being ambushed that day.

What is the conclusion on here why the BBC didn't publish the pill-in-book story? I think the BBC had knowledge the story was just innocent medication sent to avoid customs hold. Magness was very misleading in how he presented this. He told the story like it was illegal drugs going to Galen. Please tell me where I'm wrong here.

1, Breaking custom laws is like driving over the speed limit. You shouldn't do it but it doesn't make you a sport cheat.

2. The agreement is a boilerplate HR letter for terminating a relationship in a way that neither party has legal liability and trying to ease hard feelings. That's the way HR works. In reality, Alberto fired him.

How did I not catch that Magness misquoted the document he cited? Magness originally said

"currently on testosterone and prednisone medication"
