Hartman took it out teal fast and could not quite hold on. Appleton 4:26.2 I believe
Hartman ran two seconds faster at BU. You think BU is faster?
Hartman training peak-wise might be cresting her capacity for development; meaning, if she gets recovery this week and focuses on the mile, she can possibly podium.

I don't know. I do think the BU mile was paced better. Today was pretty hot at about 2:09.5 at 800. Kosgei btw runs 4:26 having run DMR Saturday, and mile and 800 Sunday. In 800 finals coming up now.

Kosgei run 2:02.5 less than an hour later to get 5th. Paige had fastest last lap but she got stuck a little too far back for too long. Willis ran a great race.
How did Patrick Tuohy get back in the NCAA? He graduated high school in 2018, ran til 2023 at Fordham and then all of a sudden this winter he is on NC state? Someone explain. I guess if he doesn’t sign a pro deal and still has eligibility he could finish it out?
I was hoping someone would notice this - insane pace caused one to drop out, other to fall off the back. First 1K was 8:42 pace, that's a brutal way to race a 3k.
