And congrats to the MAC pack on tempoing their way into the fast heat of the 3k. Smart and controlled. They'll be ready next time they visit Collegeville.

Stealing a page from the Gusties. Love to see it. #tempoallseason
2/3 DNF's at Midwest Elite for the Oles. Is this part of Power's plan to fake out the rest of the MIAC?

Can we discuss the real tactical genuis of the MIAC Dave Ricks? Going all the way to Boston to have a yg run 4:22? Next level
Ricks deserves credit for taking athletes that come to him and making them way better. He just turned a 18:30 5k - 5:05 1600 runner into 9:00 3k - 4:30 miler in one year. He's got a young and dangerous squad in the coming years if they stay healthy.

Probably seeded them into the wrong heats and they got dropped so bad they pulled out.
What's going on with Turlington? Power run him into the ground?
The only runner that is arguably having a good year is Hartney and he has underperformed Power's seeding.
Why are the Oles so much better in cross country? A full summer without Power's dumb training?
Busting onto the scene with a fluid time in Menomonie was Jameson Drieslein. Look for him to cruise into the MIAC 800 and potentially scrape some points for the Oles. Big improvement from his 1k a few weeks ago. Another notable performance was Gustavus's Smith 1k. Not too much competition and a strong finish. This propelled him into a buttery second in the MIAC ranking bodes well for the Gusties. BUTTER MY BISCUITS MIAC WILL BE AWESOME

Classic Oles with their dumb, childish antics. Do not reply to my update if you don't have constructive thoughts to share.
His plan to put all his runners on bi carb isn’t working out for their poor tummies.
How does Power afford to pay for bicarb for everyone? Is it even legal for him to distribute it to his athletes?

First time I've ever beat the national runner up in a race
Bati hitting a Mile/3K double this weekend. Sounds like good MIAC domination prep.
Competition looks tougher this week, so he may not be able to do a workout in both races. Will be fun to watch.

Is Power sending any Oles to Minnesota to randomly seed one second faster than Bati?

Is Mac really only sending one runner to Olaf? They must be sick of his shenanigans too.

McKee has agreed to pace Calvin but not Lars.
