Maybe I was unclear but by 'evidence of her being a good sport' I meant more like real life race anecdotes rather than her letsrun history. E.g. has she ever risked her own race to help a struggling competitor (like Des Linden- one of Herron's wiki victims- did at Boston)? Even without such an anecdote, I think we can all acknowledge that noone is all bad. However, noone is judging Herron for how helpful her bone health knowledge is, they're judging her for being a very public bad sport who it seems has also privately been attempting to downgrade her competitors over a number of years by repeatedly tampering with their wikipedia pages. If you honestly believe it wasn't her, then okay. But in reality it requires a much bigger leap to assume it was someone else who is also obsessively and singularly focused on Herron's specific status in the sport and just happens to have access to her previous email accounts and IP address...
As others have pointed out, a person who is conniving enough to do that, may well be considered to have been devious or capable of deception in a race situation. I'm certainly less convinced by her previous racing achievements than I have ever been.
