Solid, they had three freshman in their top 7 today. Doesn't look like Sam Bush raced. Probably still a tall order to beat NAU but it will likely be a better race at nationals.

I was thinking the same thing. Not to diminish from Valby's amazing performance today but I have a feeling it might be a bit closer of a race in November!

Valby did not even look winded

not a tall order with Bush and Tyynismaa added to the lineup. NC State freshmen were stellar. I think this race only solidifies their No. 1 ranking.

Thought Florida might do better as a team with all their NM transfers and Flo, but their 5th was 177. We’re they missing someone too?

With those times, NAU looks to be very threatening to NC State with their full roster.

Delusions of grandeur. You can only go off potential so long. You have to look at the races at some point, otherwise why race at all prior to regionals.
