Some or many Arabs have left Palestine over the past 106 years. Arabs there in Israel don't have to leave. Do you understand that? There is or was real estate in possession of Arabs in Palestine for 100s of years and you are suggesting more Arab Palestinians should walk away?

FYI the phrase 'From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be free' is exactly that sentiment, but aimed at Israel. It's the most common chant you will see at Palestinian rallies (including ones in the USA).
