That disciplinarian approach may work with the disadvantaged chip on their shoulder kids, but no way in hell that approach is gonna work on the rich Boulder CU football guys. This should be fun.

Colorado is not looking good at halftime. GA Tech is dominating everywhere but the scoreboard. GA Tech has three turnovers to zero for Colorado but is still leading 13-10.
Only wins are powerhouses Delaware, Wyoming, and Iowa State
Lost 4 of the last 5 games
Blown out the last two games by a combined 105-24
Currently in 14th out of 16 teams in the Big XII standings
They only won 9 games last year because of the Heisman winner. Sanders will not last his current 5-year contract unless his buyout is too big for Colorado to afford.

How many times have you been wrong about him being fired?
Sanders three seasons: 4-8 (1-8 in Pac-12) - no bowl 9-4 (7-2 in Big XII) - Lost Alamo Bowl 3-9 (1-8 in Big XII) - no bowl Total 16-21 (9-18 in conference) 20th of 28 coaches in Colorado history in winning percentage
If he doesn't win more than 3 games next year, he is gone despite his huge buyout. It might take 5 wins to keep him around.
Colorado messed up hiring a guy whose entire coaching career consists of: 1 year HS offensive coordinator, 4 years HS head coach, and three years HC at a Division 1-AA school. Clearly not ready for a Power Four Conference position.

Colorado football is more popular and brought in more money than it has for decades. The OP got embarrassed and ran away. Colorado chose correctly.
Prime is not going anywhere. So, he had a bad season after the 9-4 bowl campaign. Like the other poster mentioned, Prime has brought interest & money back to the CU football program. Look at all turd coaches in the years before that couldn't achieve any winning seasons.
Sure, they need to get better in all 3 phases of game (he probably needs to fire some coaches). On the plus side, he has a 5-star QB (Lewis) that he needs to develope as a legitimate starter in the conference. This kid is talented & could play at any of the top 10 schools in the nation.
