I am listening to the Stride Report podcast in which they discuss Tyynismaa and landing spots and they talk about UNC, VA, ND, OR, CO (but not NC ST). I believe they said they recorded it on Jan 8 though.
they should try to learn how to investigate like a gen z
The guys on the podcast at Stride Report sound like a bunch of gen z's. I'm gen X.
lol if cross country had a dream team, it would be them 😂
tuohy
chmiel
bush
tyynismaa
starliper
2023 nc state is hella stronger than 2022 nc state
Starliper needs to stay healthy...
I wonder if NC State will get their usual grad transfer too when Seymour and Mareno leave. Going to be competition to make top 7 next season.
You also have to consider if both Chmiel and Bush will be back next year. I have no reason to believe that they both won't be. But I also don't know if it's been 100% confirmed that they will be. Based on an interview from Coach Henes I listened to, it seems like the plan was for Chmiel to use all of her eligibility. So Tyynismaa is additional depth just in case not everyone comes back that we might think is coming back.
This is what gives the Tuohy fans a bad name. You have been called out before for posting under multiple names.
literally used one ~ and its this
i literally dont know u coz u hide on an anonymous name every single time, while u know me coz i always use my registered id, so whos posting under multiple names here? :))

They did an interview post XC and they said they were coming back.
James and Cory are joined by National Champion cross country runners Sam Bush, Kelsey Chmiel and (maybe) Katelyn Tuohy on this week’s podcast! We’ll discuss ...

I've watched that pod several times. The relevant portion is from 22:30 - 23:30. Sam answers the question of whether her and Kelsey have eligibility left by saying "we both have a year left". But the way I interpret that, it's not her 100% confirming that she'll be back. It's just her saying that she has 1 year of eligibility left, in which she could potentially be back. In her answer, she says that at the start of the national race this year in Stillwater, she thought to herself "will I be here next year?"....meaning "will I be at the NCAA championships next year?" (in Panorama Farms in Virginia). So that made it seem to me that it was a question for her, as to whether she'd be here next year.
