According to the US Department of Justice, about 1.2 million violent crimes were committed by people high on drugs last year while about 10,000 were killed by drunk drivers.
I saw the title of this post and that replies were 10 pages deep. My first thought was "wow I bet I will find stimulating discussion in here"
Agreed, this thread is terrible. Why are these posters going on about Pre & drugs incessantly. Seriously, just start a new thread if you want to have completely ridiculous and off-topic whiny battles.
Nobody is going to win by 30 seconds; national championships are not won that way. The athletes are about even in what they have accomplished so far, but there is no way to access the effort output and where they are in training. What I can say is running sub-19 or 19 flat on any 6k course is very impressive. There are several NCAA champs who never ran that fast therefore we should see a good race either way, but like I said no one is going to win by that large of a margin and I expect a few other names to be in the mix.
This is right. And anybody that goes out and tries to win by 30 seconds, may lose by 30 seconds. This course can be unkind on the last hill.
