    To be honest, I think Brosnan was very happy that he got to experience coaching a team to a national title, although he moved on to college coaching

    I heard in an interview that when he was in high school, the #2 guy on his team was running 19 minute 5k’s

    3 of those guys aren’t even on the team. 2 of them run for a different school

    The current coach sucks so bad, most left and or had to get private coaching. I’m not sure there has been a case so bad where a single coaches destroyed a program so bad

    Trying to keep kids focused and improving is not always easy. There are TONS of kids that come out of youth sports that stop improving in high school. And the same from high school to college. I'm not sure if this is a reflection of the kid or the coaching or some combination.
    But..... some of these kids are improving.
    Cantu ran 14:17 at Woodbridge, but he's not at NP he's at Saugus
    Dickran ran 4:11 for the 1600M last year

    First he ran for Rancho Cucamonga, and then he transferred to ML King and ran for them. Doesn’t seem like he’s running this year
