Here is what I think Homan should do: shine a light on the opposition. Basically use the same tactics they are using against you. Send out some dummy vehicles and drones. Identify the protestors using technology (who they are, where they live, work, etc.). Send surveillance drones on ICE arrests. Make sure agents are on their best behavior. Use videos to identify those who impede, contact or otherwise use illegal means to interfere with arrests. Issue them citations to appear. Make those that do appear waste all kinds of time and money at the courts. Arrest those that do not appear. Arrest anyone else you identify with existing warrants

Honestly what is in the video we saw of Pretti the week prior would be sufficient to put him away for eight years. The law is on ICE's side, rely on that. Stop the misinformation campaign by the communists. I saw a posting of an Al Jazeera article claiming ICE has killed 9 people this year. Here is the truth:
Alex Pretti - Guy initiated physical confrontations with ICE officers on multiple occasions while armed. Was accidentally shot as a result.
Renee Good - Was shot after running her car into an ICE officer
Keith Porter - Recklessly fired a gun off inside city limits. Was shot by an off-duty ICE officer as a result.
Heber Sanchaz Dominguez and Victor Manuel Diaz - Hung himself while in ICE custody.
Parady La - Died from drug withdrawal in ICE custody.
Luis Beltran Yanez-Cruz and Luis Gustavo Nunez Caceres - Died from heart attacks in ICE custody because they were in poor health.
Geraldo Lunas Campos - Appears died while being restrained in ICE custody.
I'm honestly surprised they didn't include the two who were shot by an ICE protestor in Texas given the journalistic integrity of Al Jazeera. Of the above, I think the only one that warrants an arrest is possibly the Campos one just because it sounds like they tried to cover it up. You can relieve the guys of duty that shot Pretti, but there was no criminal intent. I think they had a reason to believe he was still armed or reaching for a weapon since it was not clear to all that the weapon had been removed.

this is very good, apart from where he misses the fact that although the gun was removed, it seems that most didnt realise this.
and for all those asking about assault, he explains this perfectly; the moment he lays hands on the officer and interferes with him, he commits a felony 'good for eight years'. I have ben calling it assault, he doesnt actually give it a name, but tomaytoes tomatoes.
Yes, Pretti was shot in the back. As he got up while resisting arrest, with his right hand invisible, and officers shouting get down etc etc. at this point the RESPONSIBILITY of officers is to use deadly force to remove the threat. the fact he was shot in the back is basically irrelevant. Poeple going on about this live in a movie world, not real life.
was he unarmed? we dont know. we do know that ONE gun had been removed by one LEO, but we also know that many, if not all of the other officers, didnt know this, and there fore their reasonable perception is that he was armed.
furthermore, since a confrontation is a fluid thing, what does unarmed mean? if you have an automatic weapon and keep unloading at LEO, then stand up and drop it the moment you are shot, were you armed? according to absolute fact, maybe not, but to all intents and purposes - yes.
I’m sure there were good people on both sides. But I’m troubled by you inability to answer a question while repeatedly demanding and answer to a questions I answered multiple times.
Maybe I’ll be more pointed. In any of your pointed questions is there possibly any more information that would provide more clear context?

My lord. As I’ve said four times already if this was a random man sitting on a lark bench and they walked up behind and shot him in the back I’d agree one thousand percent it is unacceptable.
Now can you, coward, finally respond to whether or not there were other circumstances related to this man’s demise. Was anything happening that may have contributed to the outcome. Or was he a random bystander struck down. The king of deflection over here.
