Yeah my thoughts are that he's chosen to defer his entry a year in the hope that the heat dies down.

My crystal ball says he will attempt to run a sub 3 hour next year. Somehow the timing mats will fail to work for him with the exception of the very last one, he'll miss the numerous on-route photographers except those near the finish and will cross the finish line in 2h:56m:32s.... #JobDone

So it appears he's deferred his entry for this year...no doubt he'll be citing the fact that his feet are shredded after two days of walking, cycling and riding in the back of a van.

I fully expect him to run sub 2h:45m in 2018 and claim his Championship start for 2019...there *may* be an issue with his timing chip resulting in it only recording him crossing the last timing mat and he will also be running so fast the all the race day photographers will not be able to 'snap his photo' on the course.

What's left now is to make sure they take action to disqualify his no mats/no photos marathon which will disqualifying him from running London again, is it future disqualification from London for cheating previous ones?

Dave is scheduled to run a 70 mile ultra race for Sealskinz on July 1st. How thick is Sealskinz that they still haven't got our message that Dave is a fraud? It's like they don't even listen to their customers after numerous times of trying.

Perhaps when he's disqualified from London for cheating, and Sealskinz get presented with the reasons why, that'll be enough for them to disown him?
