I feel like what he should do is sink back into base training. Continue to pile up those slow and steazy miles then aim for a 100 miler next year. That way he can log plenty of miles and in the process review plenty of shoes and get plenty of drone footage. Viewers lap up dude tries an ultra videos too.
Theoretically he should be able to do well with all that base training he’s accrued over time if he incorporates a good pacing strategy. Off course we all know he’s incapable of the pacing part and would blow up epically, crying, carrying on like petulant baby, maybe crawling in to an aid station where he’d officially DNF in a very dramatic fashion then denounce anyone who participates in any 100 miler at any point in the future after his attempt.
Why haven’t we had an egg battle..? So many ways it go. Hard boiled v scrambled. Sunny side up v down. Cage v Free Range. What is the optimum amount of space per free range chicken? Maybe durometer tests on the shell. Maybe Seth sawing an egg. Cmon now!

Everytime I go to the grocery store I'm paralyzed with indecision in the egg aisle because Seth hasn't released his 2022 (Summer) egg matrix yet.
Guys, I invented a machine that turns my doorknob for me. It's turning it 24/7, but I have not gotten any better at running. I'm confused, I followed Seth's advice? Should I apply egg or butter to the knob - maybe the problem is lack of lubrication? My sacrum hurts, and my wife just laughs in my face when I call her true love. Says if that were true I would help out around the house way more. I don't get how Seth gets away with it? Do I need to turn catholic and drive secretly for Uber? Anyway, my scissors are filthy from cutting eggs, I could really use some expert advice from Seth right now.

I’d be down for that.
"Can I have some water? No, no salts and no food please. I have had my daily eggs today already, just plain water".
When is he going to run out of shoes to review since he hasn’t run in a few weeks? Can the shoe reviews and matrix go on forever? I’ve just stopped watching because it puts me to sleep.
👉THANK YOU for picking up your running shoes from the "DeMoor Global Running Store". You are supporting this channel's video creation by using the Running W...
Noticed he changes up the shoe categories this time. The original one had separate categories for tempo and threshold, and he did an awful job explaining the difference between the two. This time around he had tempo and racing. Good change in my opinion, and it prevents him from fumbling around trying to explain the nuances of different training intensities.
The constant shoe reviews, battles, and matrices are obviously because he "ran" himself into the ground and when you throw dozens of shoes in front of people, some of them are going to see something they like and follow his Running Warehouse link to buy them.

Don't be ridiculous. There's no such thing as lactate threshold when you run on dirt. That physiological bottleneck only exists on manufactured surfaces. It's science.

He actually did this. He has like 5 or 6 different brands of eggs and taste tested them. I cannot find the video, but I know it exists.
He's gotta be running out of shoe videos. I know he was behind but I'm surprised he can keep this shtick up. Plus, why not show some recovery videos? Is he like not doing any cross training?

That's actually a really huge problem with his channel - going back to find older videos. And probably the fact that his older videos are useless/unwatchable by now.
He'll drop some interesting nugget in a video titled "And we carry on" which is a similar title to 500 of his other videos, and it makes it impossible to go back and search for older content.
This is why he should have a better separation of daily life/training/shoe review/race footage videos. I can't imagine anyone wanting to watch a random vlog from May 4, 2019 or whatever, whereas other YouTubers build up huge view counts over time on their older videos.
He has to keep pumping out new stuff to keep view counts up because so much of his stuff goes stale very quickly, whereas more "traditional" YouTubers have a solid earnings base from their older videos that keep getting watched, on top of the new stuff they put out. His "business model" is unsustainable.
