yAH :) Have been out flying a little.. :) Am on vacations.....Christmas time!
Wish all my "likers" and also "haters "))) .. a really great Merry Christmas and a Happy new year! :)
JS, just stop! You're a sick man and 99.9999999 percent of what you say is a total lie. The .0000000001 percent that isn't, is some B level Kenyan that you coached, yes into the ground.
JS I would like to present you with a check for $ 100,000,000,000,000; to be presented to you at the lecture you're holding where you will prove everything.
A happy 2020 to all!

I have a delicate and thrilling mission : To coach a female sprinter with 11.3 at 100m and 51 sec at 400m to become
one of the worlds greatest long distancers. Mission impossible? Of course not ! This is my favorite case .... to transform a sprinter to a classy long distancer. I coached her myself from 11.7 down to 11.3 at 100m in a couple of months but now we have agreed to go for the road and long distance track. If it succeed she will probably be the fastest long distance female runner in history. I think the odds to succeed are very good because in the sprinter training of her I have seen she also has very good stamina and has done workouts like 20 x 400m at 67-68 sec with rest back to 120 bpm in about 1 min . And she is used to do easy runs like 60 min at 8 min mile pace. I just have to build her aerobic power gradually and just put in the perfect workouts . That`s it!
Mr Jan,what happened to this runner? Mr Jan she doesn't exist.

JS this was a few days back. Why do you go look up things that are old things to respond? Is it because you want to stay talked about? Really no one takes you serious and no one cares.
Why do you bother to comment then?

Yes. I have a runner who was a 50 ft triple jumper and I'm training her to set the world record in the 100 mile. Today I had her do 30 x 400m with all under 49 seconds. Unfortunately this evening she got sick and you will never hear from her again.

I love this one!!
This is not possible. Flo Joe made an attempt at this, but she ran about 23 minutes for a 5k and was dopped to the gills. She said she was going to win a gold or something in the Marathon in 1990, and ran a 23 minute 5k, and died a few months later. I think this is a troll, JS.

That's very funny, Steve Magness!
