DQ I think
Last point was at 5 k
Esser ran 2:43 in Berlin 2017 and 2:48 this year (going through the half in 1:16). She'll probably blow up again

She must have dropped. No sign of her after that slow 5K split

Reports on twitter have her dropping out with a hamstring cramp
I could see Ruppster and Farah come back on this lead pack.
Yeah, I meant DNF rather :)
62:14 Half and est. time 2:04.28
Farah + 40
Rapp + 43

Yeah it sounds like they are still on 2:05 low pace. When the pacer drops out this group of 6 might start to mess around and slow.
Cherono is going to eat them all. Remember how crazy he runs in later stage (Amsterdam and Boston marathon)
Farah/Bashir 1:02:54, Rupp 1:02:57

Especially if the wind picks up which it looks like it is.

The elite man pacemaker is a beast. Going all by himself now, and still keeps going after the half mark. Apparently he is a 60/2:07 guy with a great 10k time.

Rupp has been dropped, just over 7 miles into the race. Mo Farah and Bashir Abdi dropping back from lead pack a bit, too.
Probably the smart move. Don’t think anyone expected him to run 2:04 today.
Long race left... well know in a few hours if today was a success for Rupp or not.
love that farah was gone after 15k, its good to be the king, karoki is my dark horse
Kosgei still on WR pace BUT, I'll eat my hat if she breaks it. No way, no how. Swangard finally alerts us to Hasay's lack of splits. Chumba, Cherono Tura, Karoki, and 2 others still together at 22K. Pacer #2 dropped out a mile ago. One pacer still there.
Rupp looks terrible.
3 KEN vs 3 ETH, who wins?
Really hope they finish side by side holding hands yelling THISFORYOUUU ALBERTOOO!!!
Will Hasay run NYC, if no more than a cramp??
Rupp doesn't look good at all.
