"That could not be further from the truth relative to doping. That’s not true at all, so not quite sure where that came from."
Then he said this later:
"You have my word, nothing even remotely close [to doping]."
Honestly at this point I wouldn't be surprised if the poster here is correct about the positive test. It seems like whenever someone relatively big gets popped, some random poster on LR drops in and gives the news right before it officially breaks publicly. Also the poster includes very specific info like rhe drug name. LR always has speculation but usually deletes things like that, especially when they are about certain people.
As someone who has been banned more times than I can count, I think the fact that posts are not being immediately deleted suggests that there is fire behind all the smoke. But we will see.
If the info blowing up my phone is correct, there may be a major American distance runner who’s tested positive. It appears this individuals Instagram has been deleted, or at least I can no longer find it.
