You've lost your mind. You site Kipyegon and Hassan as examples for heavy bulk being possibly good for running. Kipyegon is 5'2" & 93lbs and Hassan is 5'7" & 108.

Yes, as I mentioned, given what it is apparent, KT is amazing. She's twice the size of Kipyegon and Hassan, but still getting around on the course pretty well. She's like one of the women at the Crossfit Games.
Just because someone tells the truth... that weight is a component, that is NOT "enabling" EDs. That is so messed up and wrong. It's as though people have no concept of self-responsibility for their own dumasss decisions. I could not have been more clear (and it shouldn't have to be said, but I knew there would be idiots like you turn up) that EDs are NOT the way to go. But once again, all athletes should avoid EDs. They lead to bad outcomes that reach far beyond running. There is no benefit to gain from ED behaviors, running or otherwise.
