That's for Irish people in Europe, not the US. Italians from the south of Italy are, on average, dumber than those in the north, but it's flipped in the US.
Anyway, I know that my intelligence is far above average. Even if I were Asian, it'd be more than 3 SD above their average. There's a reason why I make as much as I do, and it's because my IQ is so high. My girlfriend is nearly as smart as I am, and she also makes a very good income. As Charles Murray states, a "cognitive elite" exists and will continue to grow more stratified.
